Introducing the NOAA Modeling Board TED-style talks
A series of TED-style talks were internally held last year to provide a broad understanding of the NOAA Modeling Systems while identifying opportunities for coordination and leveraging.
These featured overviews of each Line’s contributions to modeling and to highlight the cross-Line office principles of the Board and to increase engagement.
Each session includes panelists from multiple lines and is moderated by a member of the NOAA Modeling Board. Each moderator provides brief opening remarks and panelist introductions.
These talks are now being made available for public participation.
The next virtual panel discussion is open to anyone on February 16, 2022 from 12:00-1:30 pm ET and will be focused on sustaining community innovation.
